Privacy, Confidentiality & Informed Consent
Feeling safe is the foundation of good therapy. Your privacy and confidentiality matter deeply here, and I want you to feel confident that what you share is protected. This page explains how your information is cared for, the rare exceptions to confidentiality, and your rights as a client. At Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy & Wellness Center, I want all policies to be transparent and easy to understand. This page explains my fees, payment options, cancellation policies, and accessibility commitments.
Session Fees
Individual Therapy (55–60 minutes): $225
Assessment & Consultation: Rates vary depending on the service. Detailed information will be provided before scheduling.
Fees are due at the time of service.
Insurance & Accessibility
My practice is primarily private pay.
I reserve a limited number of spots for Medicaid, Medicare, or sliding-scale clients to ensure accessibility.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to use Thrizer, a service that allows you to pay only your estimated copay while they handle claim submission and reimbursement with your insurance provider.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through the secure client portal.
Accepted forms include credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
No shows and sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged half of the full session rate.
Consistently missed or late-canceled sessions may affect your ability to keep a reserved spot.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, we will still need to end on time, and the full session fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
If you miss a session without notice, the full session fee may be charged.
