Take your first step
Beginning therapy is a big step, and I want the process to feel as clear and supportive as possible. My goal is for you to feel safe, valued, and confident in what to expect. This page walks you through each step and gives you a secure way to reach out when you’re ready.
How It Works
Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation
Fill out the secure form below.
Select the service you’re interested in (Individual Therapy, Assessment, or Professional Consultation).
I’ll be in touch to set up a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Step 2: Intake & Portal Setup
If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a secure link to complete intake forms at your own pace.
You’ll also be invited to the client portal, where you can schedule sessions, send secure messages, and manage payments in one place.
Step 3: Your First Session
Sessions are held through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, so you can meet from the comfort of your own space.
Our first session is about building connection and understanding — exploring your goals, history, and what support feels most meaningful for you.
Step 4: Ongoing Therapy or Assessments
Therapy is always collaborative — we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
If you’re completing an assessment, I’ll walk you through the process, explain the tools we’ll use, and provide a clear written report with recommendations.
Please note: Assessments provide diagnostic clarity and guidance, but they do not guarantee approval for SSD, educational accommodations, or other programs.
Next Step: Fill Out the Secure Form
Your privacy is important. The form below is fully secure and gives you a safe first step toward care that affirms and supports who you are.
Please use the secure form below and I’ll follow up with you to schedule your free consultation.
