Step 2: Intake & Portal Setup
If we decide to move forward after our consultation, you’ll receive a secure link to complete intake forms at your own pace.
You’ll also be invited into the client portal, where you can schedule sessions and send messages in one secure place.
Step 3: Our First Session
Sessions are held through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, so you can meet from the comfort of your own space.
Our first session is about building connection and understanding — exploring your goals, history, and what support feels most meaningful for you.
Step 4: Beginning Your Journey
For therapy: We'll meet regularly (typically weekly or biweekly) and work collaboratively toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
For assessment: I'll walk you through the process over 2-4 sessions, explain the tools we'll use, and provide a clear written report with personalized recommendations.

What if I'm not sure whether I need therapy or assessment?

Do I have to commit to ongoing therapy after the consultation?

Do I need to prepare anything before our consultation?
